My DD and I had fun taking these.
Found these shoes at a garage sale last week and knew they would make for interesting photo props.

DD and I had a photo shoot this afternoon around the yard.
I shot this and she photoshopped it. Thought it came out really cool, but looks a bit washed out.

Here is where we spent the day yesterday, our annual trek to Valleyfair, which is similar to Six Flags. Weather was ideal if not a bit hot at over 90 degrees. More pictures to come.

More Soccer...

I liked these shots of DD playing soccer. Do you think on the lower one she knew the camera was on her? CC? They are sooc.
3 soccer games tomorrow - both the kids have tournaments. Leaving here at 7:30 for 1st game and between the 3 games, and a whole lot of miles, the earliest I will be home is 7:30. DD is camping so might hang with them for awhile.

Wow, I can't believe how long I have been away...dang!
Part of the reason was I ended up with a broken lens kit. Don't know how it happened but it happened Memorial Day weekend...just found it that way. So that took away some of the get out and shoot desire.
Worse was bringing it to the camera store w/replacement warranty and it is going to take 6 to 8 weeks! That's nuts! Same to have it cleaned...another 6 to 8 weeks! Grrrr!
Anyways, I am past all that and am shooting solely with my 70-300 mm.
I love the photo above because of the way the ball is positioned.
